Customer

Determine which customers should be your target.

How we can help you

Discovery process

In collaboration with you, we create a plan to gather the data and information that will allow us to classify customers into different segments depending upon criteria that best meet the objective of the initiative.  These criteria are often based on prices, brands, products, features, market segments and many others.  Once we decide on how we will classify the customers, we determine whether your internal information combined with ours will be enough to build out a comprehensive profile of customers.

Development Process

We design our approach using our customer segments or classifications and gather more information when necessary.  Most of our engagements involve many discussions with both your customers and your competitors’ where we identify how they work, how they choose your products, experiences with your business, what pressures are influencing their business and their strategies, along with a wealth of other insights about their market behaviors.  These discussions, combined with market shares, sales data, distribution patterns and market sizes, allow us to produce comprehensive strategic insights on your customers, your competitors’ customers and your competitors.

Deliverables

Recommendations on how to improve your business with your customers and where your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities lie.  Often, we provide forecasts of how improving customer experiences, which includes products, pricing and service, will improve your sales and margins, as well as grow your share of market.
